About

Hello! I’m Bex.

After undergoing electrolysis myself, I realised how life-changing it could be and how important it was to provide a space that was accessible, relaxed, and totally LGBTQIA+ friendly.

My qualifications

I’m a fully certified and insured member of the British Institute and Association of Electrolysis (BIAE). The BIAE is the only professional body that requires you to complete an entry exam and Continuous Professional Development training each year to uphold their high, professional standards.

I have a VTCT Level 3 in Electrolysis and have undertaken training sessions with previous members of the BIAE board, Gender Awareness course and CPD courses.

You can view my BIAE credentials on their website.

My practice

I became an electrologist to create the kind of environment that my clients need. I have experience working with a wide range of clients including transgender clients, people new to electrolysis, clients with PCOS, nervous clients and those with low pain tolerance.

I strongly believe in offering affordable options for clients who may need more financial flexibility by having a pay-it-forward scheme and opening up half-price slots for those who may not be able to access treatment otherwise.

Aside from electrolysis, you’ll normally find me sewing, swing dancing, learning silly circus skills or ruining my bathroom by dying my hair purple.
